We’re cash-based and do not bill insurance directly. We offer superbills, which you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA cards and offer pay-in-full or installment options. Every case is different, and we’ll give you a realistic picture at your first visit after a full assessment. We don’t work from arbitrary visit packages or fixed session counts. The goal is to progress you efficiently, not coming in more than you need to, and not being discharged before you’re truly ready to return to sport or training.
