Do you take insurance?

We’re cash-based and do not bill insurance directly. We offer superbills, which you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA cards and offer pay-in-full or installment options. Many patients find that 60-minute 1:1 sessions, a clear plan, and genuine progression means fewer total visits than they’d have in a traditional setting.

How long are sessions?

Sports physical therapy sessions are 60 minutes of 1:1 time with your provider, no shared time, no aides, and no rushed handoffs. Every minute is focused on your assessment, hands-on care, and building your program. Performance training sessions vary by format, from 1:1 private sessions to coach-led group sessions.

How many visits will I need?

Every case is different, and we’ll give you a realistic picture at your first visit after a full assessment. We don’t work from arbitrary visit packages or fixed session counts. The goal is to progress you efficiently, not coming in more than you need to, and not being discharged before you’re truly ready to return to sport or training.

Our approach includes hands-on care, progressive loading, and return-to-sport programming designed around your specific goals.
