Our services. The content on this site is general information about our programs. It isn't medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider about your own condition before starting any exercise or treatment program.

Bookings and payments. Bookings, memberships, purchases and cancellations are processed through Mindbody and are subject to our business policies, including our cancellation policy (cancel at least 8 hours before your session; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee) and Mindbody's terms.

Shop orders. Products ordered online can be picked up at Local Motion or shipped by USPS. Prices, availability and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Our content. The Local Motion name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Local Motion and can't be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability. This site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Local Motion isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

SMS terms

Program. Local Motion Performance and Physical Therapy sends recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, including offers, event announcements and booking reminders, to the mobile number you provide when you opt in.

Consent. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation text, then no more messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy. We don't share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
