Local Motion Performance and Physical Therapy ("Local Motion," "we," "us") runs this website and the services you book through it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and anything you include when you book a consult, class or session, fill out a contact form, sign up for texts, or buy from our shop.
• Booking and payment information: handled by Mindbody, our scheduling and payment provider. We don't store full card numbers on this website.
• Information collected automatically: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools from Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Meta (the Meta Pixel).

Health information. Information related to physical therapy evaluation and treatment is handled under our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at your first visit. This website is not used to send or store medical records.

How we use your information

• To schedule and run your sessions, respond to your questions and process payments.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and account messages.
• To send marketing emails or texts, only if you opt in. You can opt out any time.
• To understand how our site is used and to show relevant ads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Google.

How we share information. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Local Motion, including Mindbody (booking and payments), Attentive (text messaging), Google and Meta (site analytics and advertising), our email provider and Everfit (remote coaching), or when required by law. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Cookies and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To limit ad personalization, visit your Google and Meta ad settings or optout.aboutads.info.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. Stop texts by replying STOP. To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email info@localmotionperformance.com.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure.

Children. This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian books and manages their account.

Changes. We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
